ATI is delighted to announce the appointment of David W Duffy as President of our Institute for the 2025/2026 term, following an election at our recent AGM.
David takes the presidency of ATI at a particularly exciting time in our 42-year history, and he is determined to create a dynamic environment where our growing membership will thrive.
David will oversee the launch of the first Cross-Border Accounting Technologist Apprenticeship, leading to an innovative BSc in Accounting Technology, the only degree-level apprenticeship in accounting on the island of Ireland, and which leads to unprecedented new opportunities for our Members in the field of accounting.

He is determined to enhance the value and importance of all our programmes on an all-island basis, ensuring that we remain innovative in relation to our content, how our qualifications are delivered, and the technologies we use to deliver them.
He has pledged to ensure that our membership can access the resources, mentorship and networking opportunities that will empower them to succeed and grow.
Above all, David is committed to ensuring that ATI continues to anticipate and respond to evolving market needs whilst ensuring that our Students and Members enjoy an outstanding learning and professional development experience.
