The programme combines academic study with practical, employment-based training over a two-year period, providing apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and workplace experience required to succeed in today’s finance profession. Graduates achieve a Level 6 Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting Technology in Northern Ireland, together with the professional designation of Certified Accounting Technologist (CIATI).
These online information sessions are designed for prospective apprentices and will provide an overview of:
- The accounting ecosystem and the role of accounting technologists within practice, industry, and the wider profession
- The programme structure, delivery model, and duration
- Entry requirements and application information
- Employer requirements and expectations, including workplace learning commitments and supervision arrangements
